Getting to Our Office

Our office is located in the Woollywood building at the Mammoth Mountain Main Lodge on Minaret Road at the end of State Route 203.

To get to the Main Lodge, from the signal light at the intersection of Main Street and Minaret Road, follow State Route 203 about four miles to the Main Lodge parking area -- the red line on this map:

As you approach the Main Lodge you will pass several parking areas and lift stations. You will also see cars parked along both sides of the road. A shuttle bus provides transportation from this parking to the Main Lodge.

As you arrive in the Main Lodge area you will see the Lodge on your left and come to a controlled traffic area where there is a loading zone that you can use to unload your vehicle or if you need it there is handicapped parking near-by.

If you don't see any handicapped parking spaces available, please speak to parking attendant.

To the right as you enter this area is the Yodler Restaurant, Mammoth Mountain Inn and a Woolly Mammoth statue.

You will see the Panorama Gondola Station behind Woolly Mammoth. The Woollywood building, where our office is located, is under the Gondola Station. There is a walkway from the road to the building. As you enter the building, turn right down the hall .. we are last door on the left.
