CONGRATS to all…for a real fun day AND WE GOT A FIRST PLACE for our Rope Tow on Mt. Thalia Float!

Thank you to Susie Klein for spearheading the effort and gathering the people to be on the float...volunteers, staff and students and families…a great mix!

Mario and George did a fabulous job building the sturdy rope tow and delivering the hay bales. Thank you, you two. Clifford made our tremendous mountain of snow with all the machinery at hand….loaders, snowblowers, shovels…a great job and we couldn’t have done it without you.

And Gary and Barbi….soooo fun to have your truck (the biggest and best according to the TV!) AND to be joined with Paws 4 Healing.

Everyone from Paws really helped with the festivities; decorating, cheering and tossing out dog bones! Barbi thanks for all your forethought…water, sunscreen, dog bones, etc. I really think it’s a perfect fit and hope we can continue the adventure with you next year!

Stacey Bardfield, thank you for our cool new banner! And a great big thank you to everyone else on the float and cheering at us from the curb!

Dorie, you were a great showpiece (and the only one that would fit in my old knickers) and did a knock up job riding up the rope tow.

Cleland and Bob Todd thank you for your fantastic coverage; live and on TV. And a huge thank you to our students Brigid, Terry, Warren and Taylor for being on the float with us…a great day…all in all! XOX K
